War Genesis Character Bars

Version 1.3 - Fixed Stamina bar issue, where it was not saving position

- Added Class emblem to player and target

- Removed Default Health, Magicka and Stamina bars from the game when my addon is active

- Hides addon when cursor is up (quests, map, settings, etc...)

- Updated level indicator, as requested by Casepb
