- Added fading when not in combat for Health, Magicka and Stamina Bars

- Added Option in settings to enable / disable fading

- Added Visibility sliders to the settings menu

- Disabled default target health and name bar

- Added Target Frame

- Added Mount Stamina Bar

- Improved XP Per hour algorithm (most accurate one out there!)

- Added Lock Frames to the settings menu to allow you to move around items

- Removed Default Health, Magicka and Stamina bars from the game when my addon is active

- Hides addon when cursor is up (quests, map, settings, etc...)

- Updated level indicator, as requested by Casepb

- Added Menu System on the settings page

- Information now saves when you move the bars around your screen
