Stratejacket Xbox UI

Action Buttons and Xbox Button Icons now scale with UI properly, but as a result, will not save their locations upon game exit/reloadui (will retain position for duration of gameplay though)
Binder must be downloaded in order for addon to work again
Saved Variables file included with addon is now Binder.lua (as opposed to Stratejacket_360UI.lua)
Process for installing addon will remain the same regardless of above changes

Slight delay between holding Bumpers/Triggers and using Abilities
When pressing back to enter Map/Journal and pressing back again to exit, controls mess up (hit Back again to fix)
Move Foward key does not always bind. Must set manually.
