Cyrodiil Alert

• Removed double messages for Gates, Scrolls and Emperors. You will now get these messages only when you are outside Cyrodiil or in the chat tab (depending on your settings) and not on-screen. Since when you are in Cyrodiil you get those on-screen notifications anyhow so it resulted in double messages (one from CA and one from the game).

Use "/ca show" or "/ca hide" slash commands to make the window visible so you can move it in mouse pointer mode (default key binding "."). Position will save automatically.
