Description
This is my first Terraria mod that I am making, it adds a new enemy, the Phantom.
The Phantom is a Enemy NPC and is similar to the Demon eye it spawns at night on the surface.

- A new Enemy NPC called The Phnatom.
How those features affect a user's experience.
- Its spawn's at Night and moves similar to the Demon eye and it attacks the player.
