Isle of Voices 1.0.2 is the newest patch of Isles of Voices as of Feb 7th 2016.
Patch Notes -Made Wall of Flesh bridge longer. -Lava in hell has been blocked off with spikes and honey, except for in the two main arenas and the center of the map. -More items and secrets added. -Some cosmetic changes.
Upon killing Wall of Flesh for the first time, there is a small chance for the "X" not to hit the central continent, and to not get the "souls of light and night" message. If this happens, exit the world, close Terraria via the start menu, and reopen it. Your world will be in hardmode and everything should be good from there.
The vast majority of the time, you will not encounter this bug at all. (I fought WoF 20 times testing v1.0.2 and encountered the bug zero times.)
