Made a few minor changes to the Steampunker/Pirate's house

City contains 14 empty housing areas, eight themed "shops," a royal bedroom and throne room, as well as ample storage spread throughout

Separate themed buildings for the Angler, Dryad, Steampunker/Pirate, Wizard, Witch Doctor, and an empty Mushroom biome

The teleporters used for the doorways between the surface and the city have player-only pressure plates, so no monsters will be able to walk in
