Transparent Phantom Bullet

Considerably reduces the visibility of Phantom Bullet Line (Client Side Only)

This means the mod only will work for the people who have it installed, for anyone else it will still be vanilla for them. Since this is also a client side only mod it has 0 affects on PvP. Only thing that I was not able to reduce the visibility of was the bullet circle marker when its on an enemy for a said period of time.
