New Phantom Bullet Line Colors (Replacer - Client Side Only)

Changes the Phantom Bullet Line from Purple to a different color!

This mod changes the vanilla color of the Phantom Bullet Line. I tried to change the Bullet Cirlcle when it is on an enemy, but nothing worked.

This means the mod only will work for the people who have it installed, for anyone else it will still be vanilla for them. Since this is also a client side only mod it has 0 affects on PvP. The only changes made was allowing the skill to be used on any weapons. Everything else on the skill remains exactly as vanilla!
