A Lurker Is Announced (ALIA)

Disabled the chat messages when the Warning Text field is updated. That's literally the only difference, otherwise functions exactly like v1.0.9.
Note that the rest of the chat messages (version and settings display on entering NYR and options slash command text) are unchanged.
