Wizard Shop

Adds a shop to the Wizard Book in the Wizard Tower.

This mod simply adds a dialogue to the Wizard Book that gives the option of opening a shop.

The shop is empty by default; this mod is actually for my upcoming Area of Effect mod, as a place to purchase and upgrade magic wands.
