Adds two welcome sign templates to Custom Signs

This is a content pack for Custom Signs that adds two signs, a 4x2 sign that says "Welcome to <FarmName> Farm" and another 4x4 sign that also shows the current date.

These signs use the Wood Sign. Hold down the Custom Signs mod key while placing one.

To use this mod you need Content Patcher and Custom Signs.
