Walk to the Desert Redux

This mod adds the ability to walk through the tunnel in the Backwoods map to the Calico Desert, this mod also links the popular Downtown Zuzu mod and Ridgeside Village mod through roads branching off the highway design.

Added proper support for Ridgeside Village's inter-mod compatibility, removed the ability for rain to spawn on the Desert map, fixed layering issues with the Interchange map sign pointing to Zuzu City and updated map strings and warps.
