Safe to uninstall anytime. Removing it just disables the features. Just remember to discard the machine before uninstall, or forgot it's fine just need to throw those invalid object into trash bin.

Description
Tired of throwing away all that trash you fish up? The Trash Recycler machine gives you a second chance at fortune. Simply insert any trash item and wait for the machine to process it into a random valuable item.

This mod adds a craftable machine that accepts all trash items including regular trash, broken CDs, driftwood, broken glasses, and soggy newspapers. After a short processing time, the machine will output a random item based on your configured value settings.

How to Use

  • Craft the Trash Recycler 
  • Place the machine anywhere on your farm
  • Right-click the machine while holding any trash item
  • Wait for the processing time to complete
  • Right-click again to collect your random treasure

 

Configuration

If you have Generic Mod Config Menu installed, you can customize the following settings:

  • Max Item Value: Controls the maximum value of items the machine can output (default: 500g)
  • Process Time: How many in-game hours it takes to process trash (default: 0.5 hours)

  • SMAPI 4.0.0 or higher
  • Stardew Valley 1.6 or higher

Optional

  • Generic Mod Config Menu for in-game configuration

Installation

  • Install SMAPI
  • Download this mod and unzip it into your Stardew Valley/Mods folder
  • Run the game using SMAPI
