Tool Upgrade Duration Changer

Tired of waiting 2 days for your tool upgrade, or maybe you want to make things more difficult by having tool upgrades take longer. This is the mod for you.

This will allow you to use the Generic Mod Config Menu to change how long you have to wait for tool upgrades, along with updating the tool upgrade dialogue for Clint that fits more with his personality, and is appropriate for how long you set the wait for.

Set the "Required Days for Upgrade" to 0 for instant tool upgrades. Otherwise you can choose to set the required days from 1 to 14. <s>The default setting is 2 like the vanilla game.</s>

Separated tool upgrades into Copper, Steel, Gold, Irridium, and Custom (for modded tool upgrades such as Prismatic Tools Continued)

Moved dialogue away from being hardcoded to allow for translation mods

New defaults as below. Will need to update your preferences as the previous configuration for 1.0.0 is now redundant.

Copper Upgrades - 1 days
Steel Upgrades - 3 Days
Gold Upgrades - 5 days
Iridium Upgrades - 7 days
Custom Upgrades - 2 Days
