Stamina Master

Safe to uninstall anytime. Removing it just disables the features.

Stamina Master is a highly configurable Stardew Valley mod that gives you precise control over stamina regeneration and drain reduction.

Features

Two Operating Modes:

Constant Mode - Set fixed regeneration and drain reduction values that apply throughout the day

Adaptive Mode - Configure different stamina behavior for five time periods (6am-9am, 9am-12pm, 12pm-5pm, 5pm-12am, 12am-2am)

Stamina Regeneration:

Automatically restore stamina at your chosen interval (configurable from 1-60 seconds)

Set regeneration amounts from 0-10 stamina points per tick

Never exceed maximum stamina capacity

Drain Reduction:

Reduce stamina consumption from actions by 0-100%

Works instantly when performing stamina-draining activities

Refunds a percentage of stamina that would normally be lost

Fully Configurable:

All settings accessible through Generic Mod Config Menu

Adjust regeneration frequency to control how often stamina restores

Fine-tune values for each time period in adaptive mode

No game restart required for configuration changes

Configuration

Access the mod configuration through Generic Mod Config Menu to customize:

* Enable/disable debug display
* Switch between constant and adaptive modes
* Set regeneration frequency (how many seconds between stamina restoration)
* Configure constant mode values
* Fine-tune adaptive mode time periods with individual regen and drain settings

How It Works

The mod operates on two separate systems:

* Regeneration adds stamina at regular intervals based on your frequency setting

* Drain Reduction immediately refunds a percentage of stamina when you perform actions

This allows you to balance stamina recovery and consumption to match your preferred playstyle, whether you want a subtle boost or significant stamina advantages throughout the day.
