Simple Irrigation System

Adds four tiers of water pump and makes sprinklers use Utility Grid water and power.

This mod adds the following Utility Grid objects using Dynamic Game Assets:


    Bronze Water Pump - uses 2 electricity, outputs 10 water, crafting recipe learned at Farming 2. Must be placed in water.
    Steel Water Pump - uses 4 electricity, outputs 25 water, crafting recipe learned at Farming 4. Must be placed in water.
    Gold Water Pump - uses 8 electricity, outputs 80 water, crafting recipe learned at Farming 6. Placed on land.
    Iridium Water Pump - uses 16 electricity, outputs 200 water, crafting recipe learned at Farming 8. Placed on land.

It also sets sprinklers to require water and power as follows:


    Sprinkler - requires 1 water
    Quality Sprinkler - requires 2 water
    Iridium Sprinkler - requires 6 water and 2 electricity
