This mod uses Utility Grid to implement an underground irrigation system free from sprinklers.

The mod calculates the cost to water all cultivated tiles above a water grid and if that grid has enough excess water production, it will water those tiles every morning just like sprinklers would.

By default, each tile requires 0.25 water. This can be changed in the config.

By default, each pipe section can water the tile above it and all adjacent tiles. Only cultivated tiles are counted in the total cost. Alternatively, you can set it to only water the tile directly above each section in the config.

By default, watered tiles are indicated on the Utility Grid water grid using a water drop in the top left corner. This can be turned off in the config.

By default, sprinkler animations play every morning. This can be turned off in the config.

You can add DGA water pumps to the game using Simple Irrigation System.

Config

You can change the config variables in game using Generic Mod Config Menu or out of game by editing the config.json file.
