### Improved

- Replaced the one-helper-attempt-per-cast fishing limit with a continuous
  owner cooldown. Long casts can now produce another helper attempt after the
  cooldown. The Pokémon's internal fishing tool gains a tier every 20 levels,
  and each tier shortens recovery by half a second.
- Removed guaranteed fish schools. Helper catch rolls now heavily favor
  species that the farmer has caught before while leaving new catches possible.

### Fixed

- Fishing helpers now finish attempts they already started when the player's
  rod receives a bite, instead of silently cancelling after their animation.
