The farmer works all day long in the mud, grime, and dusty mines, yet never takes a shower. Finally, it’s time to fix that! Immersive Bath introduces a hygiene mechanic to Stardew Valley that rewards you for staying clean—or for staying dirty.



Hygiene Mechanics

• Cleanliness Tracking: A HUD element tracks your cleanliness from 0-100%.

• Natural Decay: You lose cleanliness over time and every time you use a tool.

• The Deep Clean: Bathing with a plain sponge only restores you to a maximum of 70% (Neutral). To reach 100% and get the major buffs, you must use soap.

• Smart Rinsing: If you are already above 70%, rinsing without soap will do nothing and show no message.

The Buff System

• Clean (80% - 100%): The farmer feels confident and charming. Gain bonus Luck and bonus Friendship points when talking to villagers. (Requires Soap usage to reach).

• Neutral (40% - 80%): The vanilla experience. You land here if you rinse without soap.

• Dirty (0% - 40%): You are "in the zone!" Gain bonus Movement Speed, Defense, and Attack for combat and mining.

• Revitalized Bonus: Bathe with a soapy sponge before bed (6 PM - 2 AM) to wake up with a bonus to your Max Energy for the entire next day.

Equipment

• Bath Sponge : Purchase from Pierre. It is a handheld tool held at your side.

• Soap : Purchase from Pierre. To use it, pick up the soap in your inventory and Right-Click it onto the Sponge to load it into the attachment slot.

Configuration & Customization

This mod supports Generic Mod Config Menu with full localization. Customize every aspect of your experience:

• UI Positioning: Use X and Y sliders to move the cleanliness text exactly where you want it.

• Adjustable Buffs: Change the strength of the Luck, Friendship, Speed, Combat, and Energy bonuses.

• Decay Rates: Adjust how fast you get dirty from both time and tool usage.
