Makes winter ice tiles slippery using Dynamic Map Tiles.

This is a simple content pack for Dynamic Map Tiles that makes most ice tiles slippery in the winter.

Please let me know if I missed any.

This works on any map for ice tiles that use winter_outdoorsTileSheet or Festivals as their tilesheet source image.

Requires Content Patcher and Dynamic Map Tiles.
