Installation Instructions
- Install SMAPI
- Install the latest version of Content Patcher
- Download the mod and unzip the file
- Open the Howl Pendragon folder
- Inside, you will find:
- [CP] Howl Pendragon NPC
- [C#] Howl's Systems - Move both folders separately into your Stardew Valley/Mods folder
- Launch the game using SMAPI
[🐚] This mod adds Howl Pendragon as a romanceable NPC with custom dialogue, schedules, heart events, gifts, original mechanics, and a fully explorable moving castle interior connected through a mysterious door hidden near town.
(There's no Sophie in this made up Stardew Valley AU. Designed to feel immersive and lore-friendly while keeping Howl’s dramatic personality, charm, and chaotic magic intact. You are Sophie, Sophie is you:].)

- His home is located behind the Book seller 's usual place.
- To go fully inside, you must reach 2 heart with Howl first! (Calcifer doesn't trust ya yet)
Right click on the yellow button to make the wheel move.
To return to Town, the door must be set on pink.
He'll always start inside the castle near the window,
and go talk/interact with Calcifer for around an hour every day.

- Howl will ask you to bring him a basket with bacons and eggs inside. You can temporarily get your controls back so find it for him!
The basket is near the window behind the big table.
6 heart event :
Markl will send you a quest through mail, find the item and enter the castle with the item.
Enter the Castle at any time.
The bottle is inside the door's blue mode.
8 heart event:
[❗️] Howl will send you a mail asking a request... Enter the Wizard House after receiving the mail. (Decision will be made on this event that you might not wanna miss.^^)
Choices:
- Honestly...? I kinda miss your blonde hair. (+50 friendship) + (bonus: he'll permanently stick to his blonde hair^^)
- I think you look better like this. (+50 friendship) + (bonus: he'll permanently stick to his dark blue hair^^)

If you’re installing the mod on an existing save, please sleep for at least one in-game night after installation. When new NPCs are added to an existing save, they may not follow their schedules correctly until the next day update is triggered.
Please also note that their introduction dialogue may be skipped, causing them to behave as though they’ve already met the player(you).
