Fence Decorations

Description

This mod disables the torch-only restriction when placing things on fences. It also adds some logic to allow furniture placed on fences (e.g. Decorative Lanterns) to emit their light.

Note that many things are not meant to be put on fences (e.g. couches, fireplaces, etc.) and will just look odd. Also, putting certain private belongings of others on fences is just plain rude.

Tools and other non-objects cannot be placed on fences.
