No new save needed, simply drag and drop it into your Mods folder.

Steps:

Download and extract the mod’s .zip file
Place the folder inside Stardew Valley/Mods
Make sure you have SMAPI installed (required for mods)
Launch the game and cast your line

A: Not yet! Integration depends on the Aquarium mod’s authors, but it may happen in the future.
