Configurable Zero-Price Items is a simple but powerful mod that gives you control over the in-game economy. By default, items like Hay, Trash, Mixed Seeds, and fishing junk (such as Soggy Newspaper and Broken Glasses) have a sell price of 0g, making them worthless to ship or sell.

This mod changes that. Using the popular and user-friendly Generic Mod Config Menu (GMCM), you can individually enable or disable a sell price for each of these items. You also have the freedom to set the exact price you want for each item, from a balanced default of 1g to any value. By default all trash have a value of 1g.

This allows for a completely customizable gameplay experience:

Introduce a new revenue stream: Turn common, otherwise useless items into a reliable source of income. Fishing up trash is no longer a disappointment when it can earn you gold.
The items that can currently be changed are, Mixed Seeds, Trash, Hay, Omni Geodes, Broken CD, Broken Glasses, Driftwood, Soggy Newspaper, Mixed Flower Seeds and Rotten Plants.

The mod is designed to be as non-intrusive as possible. It works with your existing save file, and all changes can be managed from the in-game menu without needing to restart the game. This mod uses Content Patcher.
