[CP] Junimo's Galaxy Soul Statue

Adds a prismatic Junimo statue you can buy at Mr. Qi’s Gem Shop. Place it and, once per in-game day, it produces 1× Galaxy Soul. Fully configurable (enable/disable, payout timer), localized (i18n).
