Farm Plaques adds eight small wall-hanging plaques to Stardew Valley, each inspired by one of the vanilla farm map types.

Features:

8 new wall decorations: Farm Beach Plaque, Farm Forest Plaque, Farm Four Corners Plaque, Farm Hilltop Plaque, Farm Meadowlands Plaque, Farm Riverland Plaque, Farm Standard Plaque, and Farm Wilderness Plaque.
Sold at Robin’s Carpenter Shop.
Unlocks in Year 2 by default.
Configurable options: change the unlock year, plaque price, or enable/disable each plaque.
i18n support: full translation support for plaque names.
Content Patcher pack.
