This project is proprietary. All rights reserved by me, except in the case of the 2 scenarios written below.

If my mod has been broken for 6 months or more, and I haven't been active for these 6 months, then anyone has my permission to upload an unofficial update for my mod on any website (with credit) and earn money from it, as long as the files themselves are free and the money earned is from donations or a point system like DP on Nexus. However, mod authors are not allowed to edit my assets (except for bug fixes) or redistribute/reuse them in other mods.

If my mod has been broken for 2 years or more, and I haven't been active for these 2 years, then mod authors are allowed to edit my assets and/or redistribute them in other mods, as long as they give me credit for it.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The 2 scenarios mentioned above only apply IF I have not been active at all and didn't comment on the bugs, and the bugs make the mod unplayable, not minor ones; if I have acknowledged the bugs, then the period of time required for the 2 scenarios to apply starts from the last acknowledgment.

2. Permission to upload unofficial updates and to use my assets is granted for the duration of my inactivity only. If I become active again, I reserve the right to take down any unofficial updates and to make any mod using my assets stop doing so immediately.

3. Use of my assets for AI or in projects/mods that use AI is strictly prohibited, regardless of how inactive I am.
