A Quality Mod adds two new quality tiers - poor, and wonderful.
Poor items are below normal quality, and sell for only 50% of their normal price. Wonderful items are above iridium quality and sell for 250% of their normal price.
Wonderful items can be obtained by aging iridium items in a cask for 14 days. Poor items can't be obtained without other mods.
There is an API for other mods to check for the new qualities, and make items have the new qualities.
