Reduces stuttering. Improves performance. Improves loading times. Makes Unreal Engine effects less artifacty. Reduces ghosting. Improves image clarity. Improves the quality of all upscaling/anti-aliasing methods.
Every mod I make is free & always will be but I use tools that costs money to create my mods, which means I lose money to deliver this content. Please donate if you wish to help me out.

1. Optimization Essentials: 46fps (Ultra Quality)
1. STK2 - SPF: 46fps
2. Anti-Stutter Mod and Massive FPS Boost: 45fps (Base)
2. Stalker Optimizer: 45fps
2. Default: 45fps
3. Ultimate Engine Tweaks: 43fps
4. Optimized Tweaks S.2: 42fps (Base)
Conclusion
Avoid Ultimate Engine Tweaks & Optimized Tweaks S.2, since they provide less consistent frametimes than the base game. Stalker Optimizer & Anti-Stutter Mod has the same lows as the base game but better averages which isn't really great either but at least it doesn't hurt. Only Optimization Essentials & STK2 actually improve the base games performance in every regard, so I recommend one of ours.
Note: Most Stutter mods are only for stuttering, and most performance mod only for FPS. My mod doubles as both. If you're just using the Ultra Quality preset (what I used for the benchmark) then that's just the stuttering fixes, using the other presets can significantly increase performance as well on top of the smoother frametimes. ────────────────────────────────────────────
What Does This Mod Do?
- Makes Unreal Engines effects less artifacty - Reduces ghosting
- Improves image clarity
- Improves the quality of all upscaling/anti-aliasing methods
1. Download the mod & unzip it, then select the preset you want
2. Put the ini files found inside your selected preset where your games ini's files are located & overwrite if it asks you to (if you added other commands from different mods you'll need to add them manually by copying & pasting the commands in)
3. Launch the game and enjoy, but don't change anti-aliasing options because it could overwrite some of the mods parameters
Note: This command "D3D12.PSO.DriverOptimizedDiskCache=1" was removed from the mod because some users experienced a "Out of video memory" crash on startup. However this command does reduce stuttering, so I recommend adding it to the mod yourself under [SystemSettings] and if it doesn't crash when compiling shaders keep it. "r.OneFrameThreadLag=0" was also removed because it decreased input latency but at the cost of FPS & frametime stability, but you can add it if you want max latency reduction.
Recommendations: I recommend most users use Ultra Quality - Balanced, while those on much weaker devices use Performance and those super desperate use Potato Graphics.

Improves input responsiveness and reduces input delay/lag, making combat in the game easier & making lower framerates more tolerable. This also affects frame generation, so if it wasn't usable before because of input latency it might be now.
