Skyrim Tales is a content expansion mod for Skyrim Anniversary Edition (also compatible with Special Edition) that adds four hand-crafted quests, three repeatable radiant bounties, repeatable cooking quests, and a combat skill improvement system — all designed to feel like natural additions to the vanilla game.

📜 Four Hand-Crafted Quests

Each quest introduces a unique character, a self-contained story, and meaningful rewards. They take you across Skyrim to locations both familiar and overlooked.

A Cure for What Ails — An alchemist in the Sleeping Giant Inn needs help crafting a Cure Disease potion. What begins as a simple errand draws you into Whiterun's quiet corners and the people who live there.

Malacath's Lost Club — An Orc in the Moorside Inn is on a personal mission to reclaim Malacath's legendary weapon. This quest explores honor, vengeance, and Daedric tradition, sending you on a hunt worthy of the Code of Malacath.

Dwemer Relics — A researcher in Understone Keep in Markarth requires Dwemer artifacts retrieved from the depths of a ruin. What could possibly go wrong when you go digging through the remnants of a vanished civilization?

The Missing Wife — A hunter in the Vilemyer Inn hasn't seen his wife in days. The trail leads somewhere darker than he suspects, and the truth may not be what he wants to hear.

⚔️ Three Repeatable Radiant Bounties

Tired of the same vanilla bounty loop? These three radiant quests offer fresh targets and rewards on every playthrough. Perfect for players who enjoy the warrior's life — hunt, earn gold, collect loot, and gain XP without ever running out of work.

🍲 Repeatable Cooking Quests

Finally, a reason to use all those ingredients you've been hoarding. These repeatable cooking quests give purpose to your collection, turning common ingredients into useful rewards. Ideal for survival-mode players or anyone who wants more depth in Skyrim's cooking system.

💪 Combat Skill Improvement System

A new progression layer that rewards you for actually using your weapons and fighting smart. Rather than abstract leveling, this system ties directly into your combat behavior — encouraging active play and giving weight to every fight.

📌 Where to Start

• Radiant bounties and cooking quests — Acquired from the Solitude Blue Palace, Jarl's Bedroom.

• The four hand-crafted quests — Begin by speaking with their respective NPCs:

  • Alchemist in the Sleeping Giant Inn (Riverwood)

  • Orc in the Moorside Inn (Morthal)

  • Dwemer researcher in Understone Keep (Markarth)

  • Hunter in the Vilemyer Inn (Dawnstar)

Installation

• Simply extract the files in the zip to your skyrim/data folder.There should be three files.Extract all 3 to the data folder
