This is a tiny mod which was entirely @waffle's idea but which he preferred to leave to someone else to make. It just so happened that implementing this sort of thing is right up my modding alley!

With this installed, every time your Sim gets a new milestone (any milestone, from EA or a mod), you receive a notification about it.

It applies to

either
a. all of the household members
or
b. only the active sim,

depending on if you install the optional file (Included in the .zip) or not.
