Chinese translation of Sitting Slows Energy by Waffle's Mix-Ins

Repurposes a modified version of my "Sitting List" from Comfort Motive to make sitting interactions slow energy drain. Two flavors- 90% and 80% speed. Includes relaxing, kneeling, and lying down interactions that aren't necessarily "sitting".

Features a tiny inconsequential buff to remind you this mod exists and is doing something. If a sim is sitting but also sleeping, such as in a hot tub, they will still get this motive, but their energy will raise as normal. There are also versions without this buff if you don't want it cluttering your UI or think you'll remember you have this installed.
