Tripas de Res Satay es un plato clásico de cantonese dim sum. La tripa de panal tiene un patrón único que se asemeja a las viejas monedas chinas, dándole un significado auspicioso de la buena fortuna. Después de cocer al vapor, la tripa se vuelve tierna pero agradablemente masticable, absorbiendo la rica salsa satay.
