The Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul (RPO) mod completely transforms relationship, pregnancy and family life mechanics in The Sims 4 by adding far deeper, more realistic and complex systems. The content includes desires to have or not have children, emotional reactions to pregnancy, different conception methods, surrogacy, expanded adoption, infertility, separations with custody and child support systems, scheduled family visits, protection and risk mechanics, as well as many emotional and social consequences. The mod also introduces countless interactions, events and choices that make family gameplay far more mature, immersive and dynamic, significantly expanding storytelling and realism.
