This mod adds a custom Lot Trait to The Sims 4, allowing you to give your builds unique gameplay effects, buffs or skill boosts. Assign it to any residential or community lot from the Build Mode Lot Traits panel.

Playtime Haven: There’s always something fun happening here. Playful moodlets are more common, and toddlers gain Movement and Imagination skills faster.
