This mod allows you to add service NPCs to community lots and shared rental spaces, making it possible to create multi-use venues or apartments above commercial areas. 🏢
Your Sims can have:
🍸 Bartenders (12 PM – 3 AM)
☕ Baristas (6 AM – 4 PM)
🛍️ Market stall vendors (8 AM – 8 PM)
🛎️ Receptionists (9 AM – 5 PM)
🍽️ Cafeteria vendors (8 AM – 8 PM)
👨🍳 Decorative chefs (8 AM – 10 PM)
🎧 DJs (6 PM – 2 AM)
🎻 Buskers (11 AM – 11 PM)
Service Sims won’t spawn on normal Residential lots, vacation rentals, or if certain lot traits are active.
