Hey! I'm back with another skill mod, this time for Marksmanship! The mod includes a 10 level skill, with a like and dislike, plus low poly targets, three kinds of rifles, three kinds of pistols, and a hunting spot. This mod does require Cottage Living for hunting, although the targets would work in base game.
Skill Level Information
Level 1 - Practice Marksmanship with a Rifle on the Short Distance Target
Level 2 - Discuss Marksmanship, Practice Marksmanship with a Pistol on the Short Distance Target
Level 3 - Go Hunting at the Hunting Spot, Practice Marksmanship on the Medium Distance Target
Level 4 - Practice Marksmanship with a Pistol on the Medium Distance Target
Level 5 - Watch and Learn from other Sims, Craft Targets at the Woodworking Table
Level 6 - Practice Marksmanship (Rifle) on the Long Distance Target
Level 7 - Practice Marksmanship (Pistol) on the Long Distance Target
Level 8 - Craft Rifles at the Woodworking Table
Level 9 - Craft Pistols at the Woodworking Table
Level 10 - Mentor other Sims in Marksmanship
Hunting Details
To hunt, place a Hunting Spot in Build/Buy Mode. Then, click on the spot and select "Hunt". Depending on your Sim's skill, they are more or less likely to hit their target. Deer, rabbits, and pheasants may appear. Your Sims must be level 3 or higher to use the hunting spot. When you successfully target an animal, it will appear in your inventory, after which it can be turned into Wrapped Meat. If you use Littlbowbub's Ye Olde Cookbook, the usual interaction on hunted animals will also appear.
Duels Details
Under the Mean/Malicious category, your Sims can now choose to Duel another Sim. Depending on the two Sims respective skills, either one or both Sims may die. Or, if both Sims are very low Marksmanship, it's possible for both to miss! This is an optional package and can be safely deleted from your game if not desired.
