The deceived partner has a 24-hour window after discovering the affair to confront the central Sim and demand an explanation.
The love interest can issue an ultimatum, demanding a definitive choice: break up or propose an open relationship.
With a friendship level of 80 or higher, the Sim can ask for advice or gossip about their romantic dilemma via the social interaction category.
It includes specific interactions to examine feelings, providing emotional clues on which decision to make based on the current relationship.
