HEALTHY LIVING  🔹 CREADO POR #ADEEPINDIGO & PANDASAMA ✅ ACTUALIZADA

Healthy Living is a comprehensive mod for The Sims 4 that overhauls the “nutrition and body composition,” metabolism, and well-being systems. It rebalances calories, assigns individual metabolic rates, and incorporates supplements, measurement tools, supervised programs, and dietary services. Technically, the mod combines a Script Mod with package files from PandaSama that alter base interactions and add the Simwell Health Club via burrows. It also implements memberships with billing, access restrictions, and new functional roles—such as nutritionists—to optimize the simulation of physical training and health.
