How it works
Give your Sim the Warehouse trait in the Cas lifestyle category.
From a base game computer (all on one powerful PC) and your Warehouse lot (set to Generic), you can open the warehouse and close it. You get no payments, just a place to store things.
When you open the warehouse, 2 warehouse workers will appear.
