This mod mainly brings new exercises and a new skill related to muscle building

• New Strength Skill

Now Sims won’t be able to lift 50kg on the workout machine after just jogging for a few days, I wish it was that easy 😅. Weightlifting will increase the Strenght skill, while the rest increases fitness.

• Sim’s Limitations:

Pregnant sims can exercise during the first trimester, but during 2nd and 3rd they can only perform bodyweight exercises and walk.

Elder sims won’t die from fatigue from weightlifting or walking, but can still die from jogging and using the treadmill. The exception are elders with high fitness level.

• Going on a walk increases the fitness level and burns fat but slower than jogging, it also helps with negative buffs.
• Taking Protein before working out will speed up muscle gain 😎
