Sims will now be unable to lift 50 kg on the exercise machine after only running for a few days.
Lifting weights will increase the Strength skill, while all other Sims will improve their fitness.
Pregnant Sims can exercise during the first trimester, but during the second and third trimesters they can only perform bodyweight exercises and walk.
Elderly Sims will not die of fatigue from lifting weights or walking, but they can die from jogging and using the treadmill. The exception is elderly Sims with a good level of fitness.
Going for a walk increases fitness and burns fat, but more slowly than jogging; it also helps with the negative benefits.
Taking protein before training will accelerate muscle gain.
There is also a new fitness pie menu where you can find the walking interaction.
This mod requires the XML INJECTOR to work!!
