This mod adds a custom Lot Trait to The Sims 4, allowing you to give your builds unique gameplay effects, buffs or skill boosts. Assign it to any residential or community lot from the Build Mode Lot Traits panel.

Dolphin Friendly: Dolphins seem to be especially fond of the waters around this lot, Sims may be more likely to find Dolphins and be better friends with them than other sims.
