预约系统：模拟市民可通过“健康门户”菜单预约体检、就诊、手术。

过敏系统：根据地区植物花粉/孢子触发过敏反应。护士体检后可告知过敏源，药物可缓解症状。

感冒与流感：模拟市民会在秋冬感染感冒、冬春感染流感。

感染系统：加入链球菌、中耳炎、鼻窦炎与呼吸道感染四种疾病。部分具有传染性，症状因情境与行为而变化。

其他病毒：诺如病毒（胃肠型流感）与单核细胞增多症（亲吻病）可由学校互动引发。无治疗方案，需居家休息直到康复，康复后部分病毒终身免疫。

心脏病系统：高血压者若未治疗可能突发心脏病，需紧急搭桥手术。术后需住院并终身服药，否则可能再次发作甚至死亡。

Allergy System:
Allergic reactions are triggered by local plants, pollen, or spores. After a nurse's checkup, Sims can learn their allergens. Medication can help relieve symptoms.

Colds & Flu:
Sims may catch a cold in fall and winter, and flu in winter and spring.

Infection System:
Introduces four diseases: strep throat, otitis media, sinusitis, and respiratory infections.
Some are contagious, and symptoms vary depending on context and behavior.

Other Viruses:
Norovirus (stomach flu) and mononucleosis ("kissing disease") can be contracted through school interactions.
There’s no treatment—Sims must rest at home until recovery. Some viruses provide lifetime immunity once cured.

Heart Disease System:
Untreated high blood pressure may lead to sudden heart attacks, requiring emergency bypass surgery.
Post-surgery, Sims must be hospitalized and take lifelong medication—otherwise, there's a risk of recurrence or even death.
