• Postpartum System: Features extended breastfeeding mechanics, functional breast pumps, breast pads to prevent leakage, and realistic postpartum recovery. 
• Family Expansions: Sims can share pregnancy news with their partners and toddlers, experience pregnancy stretch marks and C-section scars, and even deal with pregnancy loss or stillbirths. 
• Midwifery Career: Adds a full midwifery system that allows your Sims to deliver other patients' babies.
