🔖【 Module Introduction & Gameplay Notes】↴
The Business Module can now be used together with the Get to Work DLC retail lots. You will expand your store into a company, manage employees, purchase raw materials, manufacture products (cars), and sell them.
This module adds the ability to operate a functional business. You can hire and fire employees, conduct sales, manufacture, and transport products.
🔸Preparation🔸
Before officially operating, complete the following setup:
- Establish an Office: Set the lot type to “Retail Store.”
- Acquire CEO Status: On the computer, choose “Start a Business.” Your Sim will gain the CEO trait (can be done at home before buying a lot).
- Required Equipment: Place “Industrial Factory Machine” on the retail lot.
- Optional Equipment: Place a “File Cabinet” to store documents.
- Purchase Lot: Prepare enough funds to buy the retail store (price depends on lot value).
🔸Staff Management🔸
Use the Business Dashboard for core operations:
- Recruit Employees: Minimum 8, maximum 22. Once hired, they gain the “Business Employee” trait.
- Call Employees to Work: Use the “Business Office” event; employees will appear on the lot (no objectives required).
- Employee Interactions:
- Errands: Send employees into rabbit holes to complete tasks.
- Work Assignment: Direct employees back to the computer to focus on work.
🔸Employee Skills🔸
NPC employees have a primary skill. To help them get promoted, send them to rabbit hole training via the “Manage Employees” social menu. Training lasts several hours, and 3–4 sessions are needed to qualify for the next level.
- Manage Employees: You can fire anyone at any time. They will get angry and leave the building.
🔸Company Office Management Menu🔸
A new “Manage Company Office” menu is added to computers, allowing control of the company’s business operations:
- Start Company Shift: Spawns all hired employees.
- End Company Shift: Dismisses everyone on the lot, including retail staff (don’t forget to close the retail business too).
- Additional Options: Create memos, press releases, etc. These mainly give your CEO tasks to do.
🔸Production & Profit🔸
The core of this module is earning money through car manufacturing and sales:
- Purchase Raw Materials: Costs §12,500 each time, delivered in 2 hours.
- Produce Vehicles: Once materials are available, production can begin.
- Sales: Use the Get to Work retail system to “Set for Sale.”
- Profit: Cars usually sell for §50,000+, offering very high returns.
Click the computer to buy raw materials for car production. Purchased materials appear in your inventory and are used to manufacture products.
- Vehicle Types: Sports Car, Luxury Sedan, Pickup Truck.
- Materials: Copper, Iron Ore, Aluminum, Plastic.
Note: When you click “Manufacture” on the industrial machine, production is instant. A notification in the top‑right will confirm receipt of the item.
🔸File Cabinet Functions🔸
- Print Documents: Use the computer to print various documents; finished items appear in your inventory.
- Store Files: Drag documents from your inventory into the “File Cabinet” for safe keeping.

商務模組現在可與來去上班DLC的零售店搭配使用。你將把商店規模擴展到公司，管理員工，購買所需的原材料，製造產品（汽車）並銷售它們。
這個模組增加了營運功能性商業業務的能力。可以僱用和解僱員工、進行銷售、製造和運輸產品。
🔸前期準備🔸
在正式營運前，請先完成以下設定：
- 建立辦公室： 將地段類型設置為「零售店」。
- 獲取執行長身分： 在電腦選擇「開設一家企業」，你的模擬市民會獲得 CEO 特質（買地前在家也能操作）。
- 必要設備： 零售地段上必須擺放 「工業廠房機器」。
- 選配設備： 可擺放「文件櫃」存放資料。
- 購買地段： 準備好足夠資金購買該零售店（金額視地段價值而定）。
🔸人員管理🔸
透過 「企業儀表板」 進行核心操作：
- 招募員工： 最少需雇用 8 名，上限為 22 名。選中後，他們會獲得「企業員工」特質。
- 呼叫員工上班： 使用「企業辦公室 」活動事件，員工就會出現在地段上（此活動無目標限制）。
- 員工互動：差事： 讓員工進入兔子洞完成任務。工作分配： 讓員工回到電腦前專注工作。
🔸企業員工技能🔸
這是NPC員工的主要技能。為了幫助他們晉升，你必須送他們去兔子洞培訓。這也位於「管理員工」社交選單裡面。他們將參加幾個小時的培訓。並且需要3-4次培訓後才能獲得下一個級別的資格。
- 管理你的員工 : 你可以隨時解僱任何人。他們會生氣並離開大樓。
🔸管理公司辦公室選單🔸
電腦新增「管理公司辦公室」選單，這使你可以控制整個公司的業務部分。
- 開始公司輪班 - 將生成你僱用的所有員工。
- 結束公司輪班 - 將遣散該地段的每個人，包括零售員工。 （離開的時候別忘了把零售業務也關閉）
- 你可以建立備忘錄、新聞稿等。這些主要只是為了讓你的執行長有事可做。
🔸生產與獲利🔸
這套模組的核心是透過製造與銷售車輛來賺錢：

購買原物料： 每次花費 $12,500，需等待 2 小時到貨。

生產車輛： 有了原物料後即可生產。

銷售： 使用《來去上班》的零售系統，將車輛「設置為待售」。

利潤： 車輛售價通常在 $50,000 以上，回報率極高。
點擊電腦可以開始購買製造汽車所需的原材料。購買後將會出現在你的隨身庫存中。這些原料用於製造產品。
- 車輛有 3 種類型：跑車、豪華轎車、皮卡車。
- 原料共有；銅、鐵礦石原料、鋁、塑料。
注意：當你單擊工業機器上的“製造”時，它是即時的。右上通知會顯示你收到該物品。
🔸文件櫃功能🔸
- 列印文件： 透過電腦列印各種文件，成品會出現在個人背包。
- 檔案儲存： 將背包裡的文件拖入「文件櫃」即可妥善收藏。

📁自定義模組 : XML Injector - 如果你只是一般玩家玩遊戲，那麼你只需要下載第一個檔案，在解壓縮之後保留"Script_v4"這個檔案即可，然後安裝在The Sims 4的Mods資料夾中。它是一個可將自定義模組加載到遊戲中的輔助用模組。
- 如Mods資料夾裡已有以上模組，無須重複安裝，並請確認使用版本已為最新。

💡【漢化顯示問題的處理方式/How to Resolve Chinese Display Issues】↴
𝓐.𝟏 ❞如遇到漢化空白問題或無顯示漢化；
- 請將漢化檔案與模組主體檔案放在同一個檔案夾中。
- 確認安裝路徑是否正確或放太深(Mods>自訂檔案夾>漢化檔案)，或將漢化檔案名稱前面的"!"刪除(只刪除「!」)。使用MAC系統的玩家可以將漢化檔案名稱前面的"!"改成"1"或"A"。
𝓐.𝟐 ❞使用簡體中文遊戲的玩家安裝簡體漢化無須另外再安裝簡體補丁，但只能是在設置為簡體語言的遊戲中使用。如果你的遊戲語言為繁體，可能會無法顯示(則需要在另外安裝簡體語言)。已將遊戲語言設置為簡體的玩家，如果顯示為空白，請告知我。
𝓐.𝟑 ❞可以使用S4Sudio( Windows點這裡下載 / Mac點這裡下載)程序進行修復。步驟如下；
打開S4S程式> 我的項目> 選擇模組本體檔案> 選擇Warehouse類別> 點一下「實例」欄位以便快速找尋> 在實例裡找到02開頭的字串(類型String Table ) > 右鍵點選02行列> 選擇刪除> 儲存檔案>將修改後的主體檔案放在遊戲Mods夾即可。
