This mod adds a custom Lot Trait to The Sims 4, allowing you to give your builds unique gameplay effects, buffs or skill boosts. Assign it to any residential or community lot from the Build Mode Lot Traits panel.

Artist's Space: This space is dedicated to budding artists. The energy here feels much more intentional for artists specifically. Artists skills are improved dramatically here. Watch out for famous artists & upcoming gallery shows.
