Just a quick note about Ruka's gender identity:  

I decided to make Ruka male-identifying (with fem prefs) in my save because that's the interpretation most seem to have. At the same time, I think there is a genuine argument for reading Ruka as a trans woman, and I wasn't sure myself after watching the show only, so I researched it more online. 

If that's how you see Ruka, I definitely recommend using Lumpinou's LGBT Mod for The Sims 4 to customize the character to fit your own interpretation. I set him to questioning, but it allows you to transition easily without messing up the preferences / easily change the body if you want to switch to all-female options.

(I would also find Northern Siberia Winds fem skin of your choice)

Want to keep Ruka as is? No need to get it unless you want it!
