Added recycle trait to lots, also in bills that water get collected and neigborhood active plan back to the old days. Added one starter cave to Brindelton with two starter Sims. In Sulani was an issue with romance not well recived, I hope I fixed this now. I also emptied the worlds Ondario, Nordhaven and Gibby Point.
